FRACKING OUR FOOD SUPPLY
Zoi Baum
I've chosen this topic in particular due to the rise of hydraulic fracturing also known as fracking as it pertains to the nation's food supply and its overall effects on people's health and general well being. This subject is slowly becoming a topic of discussion in the news media but is still not receiving as much attention as it should. We as a people are being exposed to dangerous contaminates that is carelessly being put into our food and water supply without any knowledge of it being done and possibly at the hands of own government passing bills to legalize this dangerous procedure seeking out natural gas in many communities.
Do you think that fracking will one day effect all of us as an entire nation. Will all our water and food supply become contaminated because of the drive to make profit on hydraulic fracturing? Now I don't want to drink water no more. Good presentation.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your presentation, and I look forward to reading more about what's going on with the gas pipeline issue in Mount Vernon. Post a pic!
